Among her many accomplishments in the field of anti-aging medicine, Dr. Sulindro was invited to become one of the Oral Board Examiners for the Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M), which board certifies physicians in anti-aging medicine. She is also a Diplomate of the American College for the Advancement of Medicine (A.C.A.M.). Dr. Sulindro is also the Founder of Academy of Anti-Aging Research, a professional organization dedicated to the advancement of anti-aging medicine.

Dr. Sulindro graduated from the University of Indonesia in 1980, with a Doctor's degree in Medicine in the school's first graduating class. She completed her internship at Loma Linda University, California, in 1983-1984, and obtained her California Licensing to practice medicine.

She completed her residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation sub-specialty at the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) and its affiliate hospitals in 1987. After her training, she went to pursue her Sports Medicine practice under the direction of the late Dr. Robert Kerr and learned about the "Integrative Medicine," which is now known as Anti-Aging Medicine by most people.

One of Dr. Sulindro's goals is to help her patients change from being dependent on prescription drugs to an all-natural nutritional supplementation program for their ailments. From her research and experience in a clinical setting, Dr. Sulindro has formulated a comprehensive nutraceutical program for anti-aging purposes that helps rebuild and rejuvenate the body at the cellular level and enhance the hormonal system safely and naturally without side effects.
